Yellowstone Club . Montana
This five bedroom condo at the Yellowstone Club was a new construction project by the Yellowstone Club contractors SBC Construction. I worked as a project manager alongside our in-house architect.
Working with the Yellowstone Club, there were some templates that we adhered to, in combination with custom finishing and design in the architectural process. This project involved custom furniture designs, metalwork, dying fabrics, lighting design, decorative painting, upholstery, curtains, motorized solar shade system, carpet, wall fabric installation, art selection and framing.
We incorporated and repurposed some of the clients original furnishings and family heirlooms. Specified all stone, lighting, paint, wallcoverings, wood finishes, carpets, window treatments, and hardware throughout the house.
In addition to specifications, I coordinated every order, from design development, to initial estimates, to invoicing, to purchase orders. I was in charge of all deliveries, as well as managing the decorative hardware, lighting, window treatment, carpet, and furniture installations.
For this installation, we made a majority of the furniture in New York, and worked with a curtain workroom in Montana.
